I tried to search for the solution ti disable SIP and to use commands to relaunch launchdemon. I tried to see the log and below is what I got. It give a work around, but it happened again. Further, I tried to disable the feature in Outlook preferences to not to download pictures automatically to " Never".

My Outlook 2016 for Mac hangs whenever I tried to open any email having attachments.
